Bern is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors since 2008. She started in the insurance industry in 1989 on the agency side servicing personal lines clients. In 2003 Bern became a personal lines underwriter working for a small mutual insurance company. She returned back to the agency side in 2014 as insurance agent/support role in personal lines. She enjoys baking, motorcycling and traveling.
